All brands of robots have standard size tool flange bolt patterns. Most collaborative robot have and ISO 50 tool flange, but some of the larger payload Cobots will have an ISO 80 flange. How do you know what tool flange your robot has? Just measure the bolt circle. 50mm bolt circle = ISO 50 flange. 80mm bolt circle = ISO 80 flange.
In some situations it may be required to mount end of arm tooling designed for an ISO 50 tool flange to a robot that has an ISO 80 tool flange. This is where our ISO 80 to ISO 50 flange adapter come into play.
Our flange adaptor is designed to allow ISO 50 tooling to be mounted to an ISO 80 robot tool flange. Adaptor is made form 6061T6 aluminum and hard anodized black. It comes with 6 M8 bolts and a 8mm dowel pin. The rest is up to you.
